T3 ARCHITECTS transformed a 1950s modernist villa in Saigon into "THE COCOA PROJECT," blending sustainable architecture with sustainably sourced cacao-trace chocolate. The project aimed to revitalize the villa's architectural heritage, revealing hidden elements and incorporating a tropical garden for natural light. The design preserved original features like terrazzo staircases and street facades while ensuring sustainability through local materials and eco-friendly choices, exemplifying a creative and frugal approach to heritage preservation.
